24 hours a day, 7 days a week, our experienced team of professionals provide expert nursing care to our clients. At Atlas Care Connect, we pride ourselves on successfully matching clients and caregivers to ensure the highest quality of care and customer satisfaction. Our Nurses, Home Health Aides and Companions can take care of the following for clients in their residences:

Our services are covered by most health insurance plans. If Atlas Care Connect does not participate with your insurance plan, there will be an option of self-pay. Atlas aim is to provide the same convenient, quality service that has made us unique in the industry.
